Great gym, clean,friendly always maintained, Charlee always happy to help love it!

Not a bad gym to train at, a little bit on the cramped side with the layout but not a deal breaker. The aircon though is the big issue, if you're someone who likes to train hard you are going to be sweating profusely!Disappointing but would happily return if this issue was fixed

The gym is lovely. The manager is so easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. Felt amazing after my workout!

Would rate this gym highly, especially the staff that work there.Would in particular like to call out Jintana, who I have now trained with both in class and as a personal trainer for 2 years. She is an excellent trainer, patient with her clients, and just a good person to be around in general. Each session I've had with her has been thoughtfully planned to my physical characteristics and personal health goals. In the 2 years I've been with her I'm amazed with in the improvement I've had with general wellbeing and lifestyle, all thanks to her sessions. Would recommend her especially for people that are new to personal training and want to get into it.

Unprofessional attitude while trying cancel my membership. Generally direct debits for two weeks and i went before that to the gym to cancel none where their at that and tried calling none picked call and now they charged for extra weeks. Seriously don’t understand and they are saying cannot refund after the direct debited.. unprofessional attitude

Gym is good but aircon never works properly. When it does work it's barely cool enough.

Perfect management. I feel so excited and energetic to continue working out in this branch. Most of the equipment are updated. In comparison with other branches around, it is the best one.Jintana is one of the best personal Trainers in Chermside West Jetts Fitness.Simply, with Jintana’s help I achieved my goal of controlling weight and getting stronger, one which I have struggled with for years. With her support, my strength is more than double now. Jintana really helped me by giving me the instructions how to use tools, for how long and when to stop. I still enjoy working with Jintana if I have the opportunity. Her sense of humor and her energy while she is working with you during training is so amazing.

This Jetts gym is staffed by some fantastic people, everyone there is well trained with knowledge and are extremely friendly.10/10
