I had a wonderful Relaxation Massage from Sabrina. She took the time to ensure I was comfortable and to understand what I wanted. The massage was amazing.The spa is truly relaxing.

Had deep tissue massage at Crown Spa. Was pretty good. I feel reborn after the massage. All the staffs are friendly and welcoming. Their facilities are super cute. I went there early to enjoy complimentary Aqua Retreat access. Love it

Crown spa is crown spa. I got a deep tissue massage - which in itself was very good. There is a ladies lounge with detoxing water, tea and healthy snacks. There is also complimentary access to a ln aqua area ( steam, sauna and mineral pool) with your booking. All amenities are provided including Combs. If you are looking to get pampered and want something big - definitely worth a visit

I’ve been a regular at crown spa for a little while now. And upon my recent visit, I was served by a young girl called Sophie. Sophie was absolutely AMAZING with the quality of her professionalism and customer service and care. She showed me the facilities and got me so excited for my service! She went out of her way to return to me in the spa with a glass of water which she didn’t have to at all. Her customer service is beyond and I’m extremely happy!! Sophie - you are amazing!

An inconsistent experience for a place which prides itself as first-class.CAUTION - Dont rely on the staff control your own booking and selection online!Spoke with staff about booking for two to get recommendations and insights into the various services. Spoke with a very friendly person who helped to match what we were looking for. That was our mistake. She lied about quite a bit.We were told to go to a particular car park for valet parking. We went there but she told us the wrong car park (luckily the security at the wrong car park were friendly and helped us find it and not charge us for entering the wrong car park).We arrived for our sessions - got a good tour and walk through by the friendly staff. The day spa facilities to use prior was all fine and nice and there's privacy so you are in your own world.As for the treatments,One of us got everything that the original girl promised when booking and enjoyed the experience tremendously...... However the other person got absolutely nothing we discussed on the call. I booked for a 90 min facial and massage and was told as I was going into my session that the facial wasn't booked. Also the massage treatment was also not what we also discussed.The masseuse really didn't know what to do so we proceeded with a 90-minute remedial massage. It was fine but nothing special and definitely nothing you don't get in a shopping centre. So unsure what's the $300.00 cost for. He also kept talking about seeing a physio over and over which was a bit out of his scope and no need to try and worry people who are there for a relaxing" experience.The massage also finished 8 minutes earlier than the 90-minute allocated time.Front desk apologised but didn't attempt to remedy their own mistake. I also never got an invoice when booking to confirm treatments which would have also remedied this too.I would be back but would control the whole experience online booking as the atmosphere was nice and one of us had a transcendent experience but the other (me) was very disappointed and felt cheated by the whole experience."

Unfortunately we didn’t get an option to leave a private review after my experience so I’ll post it here. Firstly we spent a lot of money in organising the weekend away to stay in Metropol, to which my partner had organised for my birthday. We didn’t get a confirmation phone call and email as suggested via the hotel when we asked what time my appointment was for, they simply said it wasn’t booked. Once in the room we tried to book something, anything to not ruin the entire purpose of the spa weekend. After going through the same information we said at reception, there was still no previous booking and we had to settle for a less then planned experience. This was so stressful and upsetting as it was a long time planned. They then phone called back to say they finally found our experience. So much anxiety and drama because they made it out that my partner did not book it because he didn’t have the confirmation email or phone call. However the simple fact was it was not received or done on crown spas behalf. Even if crown spa did try to call, no one ever left a message for a call back confirmation. For a $600+ experience that is very poor form and does not equate to a 5 star experience. Then we got access for the crown pool for my partner and that was another entire issue because the website did not specify crown towers hotel guests only (the lady made a note and ensured the manger would update the website which it is now) and tried to make it out that she was doing us a favour by making him pay $85 for the pool experience because we paid for a $600+ package.If you have a booking , I feel there should have been more of an attempt to make contact with us.Sure it’s a one time experience, and some of the facilities are nice, but it isn’t an experience that I would set out to do again in a hurry. Especially when you want to spend time with your partner and the facilities separate men and women. It makes it a lonely experience.Also a women change room only has 1 hair dryer? I’m sure my $685 treatment could buy you multiple hairdryers so we aren’t all lining up waiting.

Nice lighting and amazing staff. Fairly nice meal.Stunning bathroom decor and comfortable, lush big king bed, not two singles shoved together. Beautiful views and wellness centre at the spa and gym and the most incredible, CROWN EMBOSSED comfy room robes! (They sell them at the gift shop for $150.00)Defs recommend valet service if you’re staying overnight.

Wonderful service.First time to a spa and I can’t wait to return.You get a locker, slippers, towel, robe and toiletries. Complimentary water or tea, protein balls and apples while waiting in the lounge to start your treatment.I had my eye brows waxed and a relaxation massage. You are taken into your own private room for your treatment. They explained everything along the way which made me feel so comfortable.The aqua retreat was complimentary and highly recommended to go and enjoy.Very clean and warm facilities. Showers can be adjusted to suit your temperature from extremely hot to cold.

I had a 90 minute relaxation massage and a 30 minute anti-oxidant facial yesterday. My experience was perfect and exceeded my expectations. I arrived an hour early to use the Aqua room. It was so nice and relaxing, I swam in the spa and and used the steam room. I then had a glass of tea and sat in my robe waiting for my treatment. My massage therapist was named Zoey. She was INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend people ask for her. She was so kind and friendly and made me feel comfortable. It was so worth it and I will definitely be back to see Zoey specifically. Thank you Crown Spa for the perfect experience. 10/10!
