What an exciting experience! First time ever in an Asian grocery store this large! Great selection of sauces, pastes and snack foods. I’d definitely go again to search the aisles for something new.

Encountered the most disgusting and rude worker. She made a mistake and scanned an extra food item to which I asked to remove it. She started yelling in chinese, and it was obvious she was swearing and bad talking about me since I can't understand. I still don't understand the sudden anger and her behaviour. One of my worst experience ever to this day.

Extremely rude worker at checkout. She handled foods roughly and she even made a mistake by scanned one item more but no apology at all. I spoke to a manager but I felt so bad. She shouldn’t work there. Management must provide an education for those who don’t understand what is a service.

Huge sauce selection! All the things you need for Asian cooking. Prices are good as well. Asian grocer just beside provides everything at a good.Parking in Carlingford Court is no issue although the entrances are a little hidden. Up and down ramps are at the same place. I missed that and went round the same level 3 times. Hahaha

If I can write a Zero star review, I would absolutely disgusting, my grandmother who is 84 was shopping went to tongli after other Asian shops didn't have an item they want, so she went to tongli to look, after she went to the cashier she showed a female staff member a box of shellfish she got from another Asian grocer, she explained to the female staff member that she got this from a different grocery store and she has the receipt with the cost on it.She then got told that the store has this item and said the receipt was fake. My grandmother said that she looked around the isle and said item was not present as the store did not have it. The female staff member then said wait here and she went to the backroom for some time with no answer.Then my nan went to another staff member to find out what up, she said that she needed to go to catch her bus, the other staff member called up the backroom to see what's taking so long, the original female staff member then, came out and told another male staff member watch her don't let her leave" in mandarin and then went back in the backroom.My nan then told the male staff can i leave and then the original female staff said "she can leave the store now". My father then went the next day and talked to the manager about what happened

Large Asian grocery store with a good range of requirements for Asian cusines. There's a large freezer and fridge section, and a large dry goods section. Limited green Asian groceries, selling basics (greens, onion, garlic and some seasonal produce). Right next door to well priced butcher.

I purchased a bag of moldy ready- to -eat corn there today, it is disgusting and unacceptable.

Good Chinese supermarket, proportional to the ones in ewoo. Good thing is it stocks some Japanese and Korean food too saving us a trek to ewoo. Since this opened I think we've visited ewoo a lot less.

The staff are quite helpful and friendly and the environment seems brighter and tidier and other asian grocers. I like their selection of south east asian sauces and pastes, and they have a sizable noodle range as well.

Big and versitle, I would say its actually better than the Chatswood store, features many Korean food and snacks
