Restful Waters - Yoga Retreats Counselling

My wife and i were going through rough times so we decided to seek marriage counselling. This place was closest to us and also had the latest times to suit our work schedule.We had the lovely Valerie to help us through our journey and she was amazing! We went through 6 sessions and even after the first couple we had grown so much as a couple and felt more togetherness than we ever had felt in the past year and a bit. We never felt judged on any of our actions and very quickly felt relaxed in the space to be as open as we needed to be to help fix our marriage.Would highly recommend this place and Valerie and anyone seeking marriage counselling. My daughter and I attended the Sonic Immersion Sound Bath experience on Sunday! What a relaxing, wonderful experience. My daughter is a new mum and so very much needed this total 2 hours of relaxation. I have had such a stressful year but this beautiful class listening to two amazing musicians allowed us both to rejuvenate our minds, bodies and souls! We just laid down and let the sounds wash over us!! Thank you!!

A huge thank-you to Tosh for hosting such an incredible and insightful mindfulness retreat. The various meditation practices were relaxing, restful and rejuvenating! I now have the tools and guidance to implement mindfulness into my daily life. To top it all off, you are surrounded by the peaceful serenity of nature, with a gorgeous view overlooking the lake. Looking forward to returning to experience more of what Restful Waters has to offer!

Restful Waters is a really good location to do yoga. The equipment is all in good condition, looks clean, smells good and is a pleasure to use.I did a course run by an external instructor, Chris. I had a curiosity about yoga but no active interest. Chris, provided an insightful and physical introduction which gave me an appreciation and interest in yoga.I got an appreciation of yoga’s application to other life activities and its application to other day to day activities.

I just wanted to tell you that the day retreat Mindfulness and Meditation' yesterday with Tosh was wonderful.It was the perfect mix of activity and stillness.My mind actually 'switched off' which was truly amazing.I loved the mix and variety of meditation techniques

I have planned my 40th birthday here, a relaxing yoga party with friends. Soon as we arrived in the place, we were totally astounded how lovely the venue was. Didn’t expect that the place looks really amazing! It looked so calm and serene. Michelle & Darshana were so accomodating,too! They even prepared something for me,such lovely people! Thanks Ladies! My girlfriends and I had the best yoga experience. Totally a memorable one! I am very grateful to have spent my birthday here. I got to experience what my aim were when I was planning it, a totally relaxing day that will focus on mindfulness,soul and body.

A beautiful tranquil energy. Have especially enjoyed Sunday morning Qi Gong with Chris. A very patient teacher with a wealth of knowledge and experience that he is more than willing to share. This a perfect practice to enhance your own well being and consequently the well being of others around you. Looking forward to continuing again in March.

Amazing! Attended the full day meditation/mindfulness retreat with Tosh and cannot recommend highly enough. A beautiful day in a beautiful space with beautiful food and company! Tosh was a gentle patient, chilled out facilitator! I loved every minute and i highly recommend! Thank you Tosh and Restful Waters. I'll be back!
