Highly recommended accommodation. Easy access with plenty of off street parking. The room and fixtures are modern and spotlessly clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. AC very quite and works well. All the staff are happy and helpful which really makes you feel welcome.The continental breakfast was very nice and the cappuccino was even better.Will definitely be staying here again. Well deserving of the five star rating.

Looks like the place is recently renovated.Price is alrightRestaurant looks beautiful, food presentation is good, the taste is just very average and quite missing some inspiration. We had the pokebowl and the chicken burger.The standard room does not look like the pictures you first see when booking, it is also very dark inside the room. Good enough for 1 night.

Enjoyed lunch with friends in Gennaro's Italian restaurant. The meals were good value and the staff very polite and friendly. Luckily it wasn't busy so we were able to change to another table before our meals arrived. The first table where we sat, was close to an access door to the VIP Lounge and every time patrons went in and out, the strong smell of smoke wafted out. It totally destroyed my enjoyment sitting there, and my eyes were starting to sting from the smoke. We kept looking around to find from where the disgusting smell was coming, until we realised it happened every time people entered or exited behind a screen. There should have been a double door system to contain the smoke. The furnishings and décor in the restaurant were modern. There was a lovely long photograph on the wall depicting Wyong in bygone days, but it was destroyed by cutting through the photo, to provide the access door to the VIP Lounge. Totally ridiculous! The door should never have been placed there!

Very trendy and newly renovated rooms.Clean and fresh looking with comfortable bed.We had dinner downstairs in the adjoining Grand Hotel which was very convenient after traveling all day.

I didn't dine here so could not give a review for food but the accommodation was excellent! The whole hotel has been refurbished and they have done an excellent job. My Queen Deluxe room upstairs was facing the main road but there was very little traffic noise as the windows must be double glazed. The bathroom was very modern and the bed was super comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for accommodation. There is a very generous parking area with easy access

Excellent customer service,the room spacious,neat,tidy,modern. We did enjoy very much, close to transport, amenities and an affordable price. The food in the restaurant was nice and tasty.Highly recommend it

Worse food ever.Travelled from Newcastle to try the new restaurant. Everything was over cooked, wings,snitzel, croquettes,pork belly. Wings etc out of a packet. Dipping sauce was also terrible and runny.

Great hotel It was good to go to a hotel fir change from clubs. Lots space and seating..Food is yummy and as fast as Mecca's.I will go there again.Pool tables were an added bonus

Great price. The room was small but had everything you need for a stop over.Rooms are non smoking.Car parks were very close.Staff were very pleasant.Bed, very comfy.Room had tea, coffee, biscuits and milk.The room was tidy.Shower head was large and a nice end to a long drive.Loved the security cameras outside the rooms, made me feel safe.Had some trouble finding the location as Google sent us to the front of the pub entrance and not the accommodation area.Booking was easy and because of our late arrival, we were able to check in at the bar.Alcohol takeaways end at 11pm.If you turn before the hotel, you will find the parking area, if not Hely street opposite the Council and beside the fire station is another way to find it.We did have a patron who had been drinking at the establishment engage in conversation as we were outside, but with security cameras outside our rooms.Management quickly redirected him back inside.
