The install of my air con through this company was well priced, hassle free. Other than a vent being out of shape causing a whistling sound issue (sorted under warranty) it has been pretty smooth sailing, that is until the paat 6 months.Now for the bad, communication with the customers is poor. Quote one price verbally then get a bill for more than they quote. Yes, my fault for not getting it in writing but still, $195 for a maintenance clean is a bit of joke when originally quoted $135. Apparently the rest of the fee was a travel fee to come to my house, despite other homes in the area gettting a visit on the same day. I was dissappointed to learn I had to foot the $60 travel fee and no doubt so did the other customers in the area as well.Recently put in a service request regarding my air con tripping the curcuit breaker. Get a call one morning who said he was in the area and could come have a look. Slightly frustrating in one way due to the fact I didn't get much notice, but still happy to have the issue rectified.Turns out it was a frog within the unit who had decided to electrocute himself and end his life, poor fella. Whilst I understand this was an issue easily sorted and that I would have to pay to have them attend as it was not a warranty issue, I was told once again by the attending air con machanic that it would only be a call out fee that would be charged. Instead I got charged the callout fee and $70. Yes he did pull off the top of the unit and put some tape around the bottom of the outdoor unit to prevent further frogs entering the unit, which all took about 10 mins so would have understood the extra fee. I just wished he had passed on the info that he had stated to me that I was only going to get charged a call out fee.Please sort out your communication with your customers and staff and you'll have happy customer's in the future.I can still reccommend the company for installation of air con units, just maybe give them a miss if there are any servicing and repairs required after install due to the poor communication and expensive, unexpected, unfair bills that they charge you.

Takes longer than other air con firms to do site visits and provide a quote. Gave up waiting.
