Ken at Totally Tuned is second to none when it comes to customer service and incredibly great knowledge and skills when tuning! I brought my car only a month ago of a customer of Ken's that had Ken tune the L98 running 300rwkw with a big cam. I was experiencing some minor jerking in the lower rpm's. Other then this the tune in the car is bloody brilliant. I talked to Ken about this and he kindly offered to touch up the tune at no cost. (turned out most of the jerking is just from a big cam that's not to happy at the lower rpm's). Wow this says alot about Ken's passion and pride when it come to his job. I'm now saving up to boost it with a big single turbo and will confidently be trusting Ken to install and tune it for me. I can't wait!! Highly recommend Ken for anyone needing a great reliable mechanic / tuner in the future. 5 star and a big thumbs up.Cheers,Matt Grentell
