I give one star, if there is 0 option I will give definitely to him. I bought gold $1800 from this shop, after some time, when I ask how much the price for this gold. He reduced $700. Please don't visit this shop. Warning to those people who buy the gold from this shop, just check from the other shop as well and the truth will infront of you.

Today we went to the shop. The gold price was $94 per gram and making charges were $20. $114 per gram. He charged me $115. After which he said I’ll give you $1 discount per gram as a favour. Thanks. Which was already the original price. When questioning him on how he does his pricing he, not only said things that didn't make sense but also raised his voice. I would recommend for you to try other gold stores instead. For the poor customer experience and mediocre (as well as old) pieces; its not worth it. Save your time and money. The ‘Excellent Jewellers’ in wenty is far better.

This is for u Bhaji I went there on my twins daughter birthday and buy three set beautifull earing . I am very satisfied from customer service. I got proper invoice . I got small defect in one piece I will go soon there to fix that hope they can understand that problem . I am very happy with gold and service .

Akshara Jewellers in Harris Park is by far the WORST around this area. Businesses should be built on friendly customer service and professionalism - none of that here. The owners need to learn that this is Australia, not India. If you're looking for a jewellery store, there are plenty of other options in Sydney available with lovely owners and staff.EDIT: Looks like the owner has responded with some random fabricated story. Definitely not what happened and I never said I was buying big" jewellery or anything of the sort
