My wife called raa and they arrived they pushed our car in the middle of a footpath and said they will organise a tow. The tow never arrived and the car was left across the footpath. Very poor service. Time to find a better road side assist

I was there asking for their driving lessons and got detail explaination on which step I needed to take before booking a driving lesson (get a learner license at Service SA down the road). Everyone was nice and helpful.

I never made a motor vehicle claim. The comprehensive insurance for my Kluger has increased from $736 to $996 which represents a 35% increase. To make it worse the excess also increased by $100.

I came here to get my car insurance quotes and I chatted with Zac, he said he need my details to give me exact information. After all of this I said to him I have few more places to chat and compare, thank you for helping me and if I need I will come back again but today I got membership card from them starting from consulting date with Zac!!!! I can't believe this. I didnt agree at all about insurance and they didn't ask me either.

Use them for their outstanding roadside assistance but do pop into the shop now and again for a look. They have a wide range of services for members; all listed on their website. Reasonable deals for members but I rarely purchase from here.
