Bought an UE wonderboom 2 bluetooth speaker from them using the $20 concierge credit. The best price I could find so far for this product. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good service. Should have price matched as could have saved more.

We purchased a washing machine a new one. The first attempt to deliver was pitiful. The delivery gents brought an unwrapped machine with a dent. My son was pt in am awkward spot, and wouldn't complain lucky I was there and able to tell the delivery man it wa was not good enough. No stars from me The next day a good one arrived. Beware they try to fob off old damaged stock as new. Disgusting effort GG. I lthink the management needs to have better control of delivery persons. Simply not Australian Gg. Lift your game

All they care about is selling you extra cover that does nothing. I got sold a wrong type of exhaust fan and had to go back to get it exchanged. Waste of time and money and very poor service

Great service from Brice today! Helped us purchase a new TV, TV mount and washing machine. Efficient service and helped us get the best price around. Very happy and will be back.

Terrible experience with a click and collect order.Misleading information on the website tells me there is stock available at Hectorville. I order and pay up and even get an order confirmation via email.A few minutes later I get a call saying there is no stock at the store and a pick up from another store cannot be arranged and that I have to order again and pay again. The refund of the original order will occur in 5 business days !!!Not visiting their website or store again

Worst customer service. Really wanted to but the product from Bunnings as they were so helpful and friendly but the only place stock was left was Marion good guys. Would have rather spent more money and bought a more expensive version from Bunnings than giving good guys our money. Staff were so rude and we waited more than 20 minutes for them just to find our click and collect order that we were notified was ready to collect. The lady sitting at the computer was saying to the staff member it’s probably not even ready did they even get an email and when I said I did they started blaming one of the staff members and saying her name and saying she’s the one who sent the email where has she put it and stuff. It seems like they are all bullies and don’t like working with each other

I have bought 2 items in the last 2 weeks and both times have had a positive experience. Friendly helpful staff. Happy with price negotiation. Prompt service. Clean and well organised store.

Placed an order and got an email saying I’d be notified of collection as it could be collected within 1 hour. That was a public holiday and by Wednesday I called as I had not heard anything about collection. Called, spoke to a young girl, who really wasn’t that helpful. Said her manager was supposed to ring me to explain what had happened but “did know why they didn’t call.” Told me they had two items and the stock was incorrect and that my order is now on back order. She couldn’t give me a date for collection but it could be still weeks to months away. Told me I could drive to Gepps Cross to collect one as they had 16 in stock. I asked for one to be transferred the the Marion store, which I was told couldn’t happen due to stocktake. I told her to cancel the order and I’d buy it somewhere else. She said she had cancelled it. Called back today and the order is not cancelled and the new lady I spoke to, although nice, was not much help either. She has asked me to wait while she finds out who took the phone call, who was meant to cancel my order. Honestly appalling customer service and I won’t be shopping at the GoodGuys again. This has really put me off.

Been looking at the Samsung BU 8000 TV for a while & then Good Guys offered 10% discount if bought online. I did it. Text messages from them great. Delivery excellent & the TV just so good. Clarity excellent. Remote is solar & not much to go by on remote bur get used to it.
