Went in there this morning to buy a new work wardrobe, the lady in the shop didn’t even notice I was there, no hello nothing, I spent 20 mins looking around , still know acknowledgement and when I walked out , no good bye, there was only one other customer in the store. I was about to spend a lot of money there but as long as that sales lady is there , I won’t go back. Every customer is important. Pick up your act.

Simone & Shirley are absolutely amazing -both exhibit a level of customer service very rarely found these days - nothing is a problem and they both went out of their way on seperate occasions to help me with Somali issues I had !Returning items that were not correct size , colour etc - no questions asked - just delightful ladies . THANKYOU so much , from one very grateful lady who has phobias and issues with shopping in centres -Simone , you made my day .
