A company which is failing monumentally currently. Packages sent within the same city are taking over 3 weeks to arrive. I have a parcel which has been sitting in the same location for 3 weeks now and hasn't moved. Profits through the roof and its not an acceptable level of service anymore.

Always a busy little postie office... If you ask a question, these ladies will give you a honest answer, they know their stuff and are great, professional!! I think they are trying the down to earth approach, keep it raw and to the point. So, you may get a short and less friendly tone but, they get the job done and quick, even at the busiest times during the day.They open when the sign says they will, working hard all day like you and I.Dependable and honest.. Love it!!Great team effort ladies, keep it up... Oh and our area AUST POST COURIERS are tops too!! Great working ethic and always get my parcels... Can't fault them. Excellent team all round... Thank-you AM POSTIES!!

Terrible service tht i ever had in australia post. This australia post is in altona meadows. First of all, gave me the wrong form to fill up the delivery details and didnt apologise. The queue sign was confusing! It showed right for newsagency" and left for "australia post"

All staff are very nice and friendly, I felt like they knows me long time however I just went in only for apply my passport and also I was bit late for my appointment even though they help me to submit my application, very happy with their customer service and very thankful to them we have those kind of people

Had a bad experience at this particular post office. I came in to take a ID photo, from the beginning the lady that served me was extremely unhelpful, she didn't explain what was involved and included in the price, i came home and discovered that i was entitled to an emailed and digital copy as well as a physical copy of the photos i had purchased. I called them and had explained that i was never told what was included, however they claim that they no longer had the photo and that i had to pay again if i wanted to have an emailed and digital copy again. I proceeded to call the post office head quarters, as i was frustrated at the lack of judgment and care, i was reassured that i was entitled for my photo to be retaken at no charge, and it was the responsibility of the lady to explain what was included in the price. So if anyone comes across this just take your receipt back within 14 days and they should take your photo free of charge.

Rubbish service. People who work there have 0 idea. No customer service and a trained monkey could give better service. Will tell you things just to make you happy with no follow up or help. Id rather drive 10+ minutes to ship items off.
