Puralife Water Solutions installed our workplace water purifier several years ago and still look after the filter changeovers. They are easy to deal with and our coffees and drinking water taste great!

Absolutely terrible customer service! Always something extra to change/pay for with filter change service- not told this prior to appointments. Not even sure if up to date records are kept about what is due. Not to mention waiting for someone to turn up for 2 hours & no call to say when they will be. Spending a fortune on maintaining this system & water flow is very poor.

Terrible staff who take advantage of pensioners. Puralife didn't complete job as specified. When the job was finally completed 6 weeks later, I was charged for what should have been included in the initial installation. Puralife charge $180 for a faucet. I was spoken to offensively when I asked Puralife to compete the job. I Would highly recommend anyone wanting a water tank installed to seek another trader.
