Very disappointed with the customer service. We contacted the staff many times to make sure that they will be there at 9:00am to show us their collection. They reassured that they will be there on time hence me and my partner had to take time off work to be there. We waited for 45min and they still didn't show up nor they contacted us for being late. This is just ridiculous. They have no respect for other people's time.

It was our first time to purchase at Laverton Furniture. BEN was courteous, helpful and even suggested a better dining table and chair combination than the one displayed. The dining set we got is beautiful and within our budget. The guys who installed the table were very polite and courteous! Overall, customer experience is superb! with an on time delivery and installation.
