Been coming here for years as of late customer service is awful. Picking up some flowers for mother's birthday today and all I felt was judged by staff member there, pretending to be fixing a full shelve of chips. Awful feeling. Very disappointing.

One of my favourite cafes in Brisbane the food is amazing! Coffee is great. Such a huge variety of salads, pastries and cakes. As well as Kombucha on tap with a bunch of different flavours. The staff are really friendly and helpful!

To the individual at the coffee machine Monday 26/6 (10:30). You’re in the customer service business. Abusing a customer to fellow staff members is a terrible representation of a great business like HG.No one expects to wait so long for food like I did today. Instead of abusing customers, maybe help your fellow team members with speed of service? You had the time.

Handy to where I live.Only shop there if I need too.Parking great... disabled which I need also.Staff always helpful and pleasant love the happy atmosphere.As a pensioner it is a tad expensive for me but I love browsing and normally come out with more than I needed.

Really gone down hill since being bought out by IGA (classic).Would stop here every morning to get freshly delivered bakery goods and now it's day old stale chicken scratch.

I tend to refer to it as 'the bougie supermarket' but I mean it in a good way. It has nice quality products and is great if you want to find products that are a little different to the usual. Fantastic range of snacks, especially the important chips, delicious! They do a great hot chook and the deli is always fully of great options. The truffle salami is superb!! To top it off they also do great coffee and are always open late and on public holidays.
