Millers

Sales were on; staff not particularly helpful; only 2 staff on at lunchtime. one -manager(?) on the phone talking loudly while customers queued for the non-existent service; she seemed to find us a bother/nuisance for what she had to do; Clothing that wasn't $15 wasn't marked clearly with signs above the stands as with the sale goods so you assumed it was ALL $15; somewhat underhand; have to read ALL signs carefully, even the the large ones as Millers often have % discount off EVERYTHING. NOT this time so I got caught at the cashiers! My own fault for not looking at each garment's price tag. $5 voucher on next visit is useless for me; if I have just bought say 4 items on sale NOW, I am NOT going to be coming back again within 4 weeks. I've only used 2 out of probably 20 over the years.Worry about sweatshops when I buy. Do they use them? The clothes can be Soooooo cheap!!

I don't normally shop at Millers, and it is very likely that I won't again after my experience today. The customer service was extremely poor, and actually non existent. I felt like my presence was unwanted and my purchase even more so. Next time I will just buy online.

The sales woman was not helpful at all and she was extremely rude. Not going there again.

Experienced the worst customer service of my entire life. Extremely rude staff member who displayed an arrogant attitude and rude language. Would strongly recommend people to stay away from this store at Top Ryde Shopping Centre.

Yesterday we were there in the store. Customer service was worst. The lady name ivanna was there and she was continously uttering bad words. we were standing near the cash counter waiting for her and she was not coming to clear the bill though she was looking at us that we were waiting for her.Later we were interested to buy few more items and then gone to this shop again but realised almost 7-8 ladies were standing outside the shop at 3:45pm and Ivanna has closed the doors. ladies requested her to open the doors but she was doing vaccum and looking at the ladies but didn't replied anything neither opened the door. After a long wait she open a door and replied she has closed the store at 3:45pm which was so weird.Customer service was the worst

Also purchased a great top. On special. Friendly staff there too.

The worst customer service experience i ever had was at millers top ryde shopping centre .. i felt unwelcomed there staff was not helpful at all they dont know anything i hv ordered online i need to exchange few items but they didn't exchange it saying its winter stuff like seriously? What i get exchanged i end up paying more .such big brand with such poor customer service.

I brought a gift card and immediately realised I was in Millers and not BeMe next door and they refused to cancel the transaction or give me a refund. Soooooooooooo blooming annoyed.

Depends which store you go to . Too Ryde was an unpleasant visit. Bateau Bay store was a very nice shop and staff were very professional

My wife and mother-in-law love Millers and were very disappointed when the Chatswood store closed.This one is better than Chatswood ever was and they are happy to have found it.
