It was terrible. I walked in with emergency bleached hair. Asked if they could fix it and they said yes we can get it to the colour you want. No. They bleached my hair once. Said they couldnt go any further or all my hair would fall out and i tested my hair it wasnt stretching or breaking it was fine. And then they dyed it this gross pink red on my roots when i asked for dark red and then my ends were almost dark orange red!!!! I was disgusted. They're lazy hairdressers who make klaims they obviously cant achieve. And dye your hair in a way that makes you look like a clown.also the conditioner treatment they give you (say to use once a week) is crap. My hair brakes more when i used this conditioner than any other ones i own. It barely softens the hair. All that was good about this experience was the coffee (from a coffee machine) and the little timtam (out of a packet) with it. Its been almost a month as well and the dye is still running out red when i wash my hair!!! Which obviously means the colour is fading too.
