Alessio and Rachael took the time to really understand our needs and preferences, and provided us with expert advice on which mattress would be best for us. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the different materials, firmness levels and features of each mattress, and were able to guide me towards the perfect option for my needs.I was also impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by the team. They were patient, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Had a great shopping experience thanks to the ladies down at OMF Cairns. We felt warmly welcomed to the store, we were bombarded with knowledge and supported through picking a mattress that was best for both support and comfort. The staff were so lovely and friendly, The floor manger was very informative and gave us many options on beds, bed frames and mattress protectors.

Absolutely fantastic experience buying a mattress from this store and team! Everyone was super helpful and informative, and guided us through what to look for in a mattress and what to feel for when testing them out, without pushing for a sale. Everything was described in detail and questions were answered thoroughly. The delivery came exactly when stated and they got it up into the house no problem. We are a couple of weeks into owning a superfirm and are waking up feeling rested for once. Thank you so much for a great product and greater service!

We went in to grab some mattresses for staff housing, everyone quoted through the ringer but we had Anna show and explain everything about a mattress and how it should feel! Extremely informative and very easy to talk to! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at getting a mattress!
