Underwater Pool Repairs
Callum from UPR fixed a hole in our quartz pool surface, preventing further delamination of the area. This saved us the enormous cost, as well as the waste and inconvenience, of draining the pool and undergoing a complete resurface which had been the recommendation of other pool repairers. He explained the pro’s and con’s of alternatives, responded promptly to our call and provided a very cost effective solution. Highly recommended.

Underwater Pool Repairs
I've used UPR twice in the last year. Once to fix some loose and missing tiles on the floor of the pool and once to fit a new light fitting. Both times they have been on time and did a great job. The rates were very favourable compared to the expense, waste and trouble of draining and re-filling the pool. I recommend them highly.

Had a problem with my fibreglass pool bulging on the bottom, called UPR and they were super responsive came out within the week. Callum found an issue with the hydrostatic valve and noticed that the pool builder in their wisdom had used silicone on it so it was stuck fast but managed to resolve it and install a new one. Awesome, highly recommend!

Callum was brilliant. From the first phone call through to scheduling then completing the job. Complete professional.I contacted over 30 other repairers to fix my fibreglass pool and none could help. My 20+ year old pebblecrete pool was starting to show its age and the pebblecrete was cracking and breaking away frequently getting sucked into the pool cleaner and breaking the diaphragm. I called around pool companies and none of them were able to help as their order books were too full so i thought i would give the scuba diving pool repairer a go. Not only was it a memorable experience seeing a pair of flippers and a scuba tank sticking out of my pool for a couple of hours but the fix has held really well and for a fraction of the cost of a full repair. Very happy with the outcome. Really nice people to deal with too.
