An awesome store and had heaps of goodies not available in many other stores at all,I wiped out their Game Of Thrones Mini figures that were on the shelf at $1 a piece!!!Awesome for my first time visit to this EbGames

Our son bought a VR headset. He asked at the time if it was returnable. Staff said that it could be returned within 7 days. While using the headset for the first time he experienced motion sickness. When he took it back, staff said he couldn't return it because he had tried it on. Then they offered to trade it in for less than half the amount he paid for it. But they refused to give him cash, insisting that he take a store credit instead. First they rip him off by not returning the item even though it was returned within 7 days. Then they rip him off with a trade in. Then they rip him off by forcing him to take a store credit. They are not getting any more of our money, ever. We will be talking to consumer affairs.
