Very very poor service, took my son for hair cut. Done a quick job while leaving small cut on his ear and neck. She prefers to answer her phone while cutting his hair and saying cuts are very normal with kids as they got senstive skin. No sympathy. My son was not even moving his head and sitting very still for his hair cut. Very disappointed with the service. Need to work professionally.

Have visited here twice; once for leg waxing and threading and the other time for a facial.Staff are friendly however the services offered are often rushed & poor quality. Far much cheap lotion was used in my facial and it was dripping all through my hair and down my neck onto my clothes. The waxing left around 1/3 hair & I had to go back the next day to have them redo the job (which they did for no charge). Threading was well done & the resulting brow shape was as I asked.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE. They have removed their reviews off their website on Facebook so they are not showing the very unhappy customers that have left very negative reviews. Would not recommend and be very careful of the add ons. Throw your money in the toilet. If I could give minus stars I would. You will be paying for a treatment and then not getting anything for it. I purchased a $130 voucher as a gift and was furious to find this place is nothing but a rip off. They tried to charge an extra $75 for long 'extra thick' hair. Their excuse was it is an expensive service that we got at a good price. So ripping off is a good way to recoup costs???? Well don't offer it at that price if you can't provide at that price!!! We expected to pay the extra $30 for long hair on top of the $130. It is definitely not thick hair and we have never been had this charge added in all our years of going to hairdressers. We were not prepared to pay the extra cost. They refused to do the any treatment unless it was paid the extra $75 so she had to leave with half washed hair - then told her before she left she had to pay extra because they rubbed shampoo over her head on top of the $130 already paid as they would not refund!!!! Will continue to pursue the matter, although they are so unprofessional I doubt they would provide it unless ordered to.This is a disgrace and we will be taking this further and to consumer affairs. I will be warning all the people I know not to risk it.Worst experience and rudest most unprofessional salon ever dealt with.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would! My daughter's hair was supposed to be coloured on the ends and cut into a v and then styled for her graduation. What we actually got was colour half way up her hair, in a straight line with no blending at all. The cut was wonky and not even close to being a v shape. They couldn't do the style, which was two Dutch braids going into a bun, a simple style I ended up having to do myself. They took 2 extra hours on top of what they told me when I made the booking. Also over charged me for an extremely shoddy service. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Mum went for a haircut and was charged more than the advertised price. The explanation was that the advertising is 2 years old and needs updating She is a pensioner and she didn't want to make a scene.She returned a couple of weeks later (very forgiving) for some waxing only to have the same thing happen.Ripped off!!!

Very disappointed, we have a very busy schedule as do most house holds, I had booked my 13year old step son in for a haircut, was told the lady could do it straight after school. Turned up on time with no time to waist, only to be told with a laughing smiling face that I could come back tomorrow, or wait half an hour for the actual hairdresser to POSSIBLY turn up.Very unprofessional and very disappointing. Won't be going back there at all.

I have been seeing Gloria for years. She is always very welcoming and professional. I currently am seeing her for laser hair removal and am so impressed with the results. I always see Gloria who records the treatment temperatures so she knows what my skin can handle for the best results. I admit I was sceptical about the whole process before I started but I am now 100% satisfied.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Not only are they professional, they are well priced and experienced with skin solutions. Gloria and her team do an amazing job at making sure all clients are satisfied and constantly seek feedback on various procedures. I don't trust my beauty requirements with anyone else. Keep up the good work and your amazing service!

cant explain how satisfied i was with the hairdressing service at Mantra. I had my 4 year old son get a haircut, alongside a quick trim for myself and both my son and i left happy and satisfied. money spent well! highly recommended, friendly staff that even offered me tea! thank you lovely ladies
