My son has been attending for just over 6 months and the training has made a massive difference to his confidence and ability. He always has such fun. Very knowledgeable coaches. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to train rain, hail or shine!

I am a normally pauciloquent person, and would not normally leave reviews for businesses, especially smaller businesses as I usually expect a quality of service that is of an acceptable nature or better. However my recent and ongoing experience at Futsal Institute at Prospect has prompted me to leave my honest thoughts and concerns in writing on this google review. I’d like to disclose the unmissable issue that this indoor centre faces. This is the management. The older man who is the self proclaimed manager of the centre has an eminently imperious and impertinent attitude towards customers. Not only does this translate to being absolutely unprofessional but it is downright disdainful behaviour that should not need to be tolerated by customer, especially long time customers of the centre. This contumelious attitude possessed by the manager can only be analogised with that of Benito Mussolini. From not allowing us onto the court until cash is provided (although they have a credit card machine), to cutting our time on the court short and not permitting us to play our full hour of soccer, to not providing a ball or bibs if we have forgotten to bring either item. It simply reminds me of an autocratic society where there is no freedom to play a good game of indoor soccer. This review is not based on a sole experience but rather an agglomeration of circumstances where it is incontrovertible that we would have been provided with a more welcoming and frankly more enjoyable experience elsewhere. After every game we play, our players simply want to absquatulate from the venue due to the poor service habitually provided to us and now we are simply exasperated. I urge you to stay away from this indoor centre and although their other staff are kind and well mannered, the experience is dilapidated by the manager who is in desperate need of a lesson or two in basic human etiquette and decency before I could even come close to recommending this place.

One of the worst experiences i have had, the owner has no respect for his customers and terrible customer service. Not worth going to this place as there are many better places in the nearby area that provide great customer service and better prices.That bearded guy does not care about customers and claims to be the owner joke!

What a awesome pace for the kids!!! Where have you been hiding? Well the main thing is I found you! Thanks guys its an awesome place and would travel across Sydney and back to bring my nephews here!! But luckily I am only around the corner! Extremely highly recommended.

Highly recommend Futsal Prospect!My son has improved so much since training at Futsal. He has picked up skills he didn’t even know he was capable of! I strongly encourage every parent of kids who love soccer to give Futsal a go. It’s a 10/10 from me

Honestly one of the worst experiences i have ever had, the owner has no respect for his customers and probably doesn’t understand what customer service is. The staff are brilliant apart from the Manager/Owner. I have never seen a more arrogant individual or business owner that doesn’t treat his customers with respect.In my honest opinion I would recommend a few other venues close by where you actually get treated with respect.

Very great place to gather a group of friends and play some soccer, the staff are very nice and welcoming, and you would always get the best service. Would highly recommend coming back and supporting them after the restrictions ease in Sydney - as well as being able to hang out with friends again

My son loved the Ninja course and inflatable. Great for a rainy day raaa!!

We have been planning to come to Ninja 101 for weeks and finally we came with 6 children Two of them are quite athletic but the rest were not so coordinated type. We got there around 4 30pm on Sat- last weekend of school holiday . It was hot but not as busy as we thought. Surprisingly the not-so- sporty ones loved it just as much as the athletic ones. My daughter told me after we left the place how nice the staff was. An Asian lady called Julie not only helped her but also looked after her friend who was struggling with the course with such patience and kindness. I also would like to thank Alex who was so friendly and genuinely welcoming. They let us stay longer than an hour as most kids get tired after 45 minutes. It was hot in there but our children put their head under water a couple of times to go back to finish the course. The only negative thing is it's 50 min away from where we live! Definitely worth the trip. Pack plenty of water!

Walked through the doors of the Futsal Institute in August 2022 with a child who had lost all confidence in himself, his ability and not wanting to play the game anymore thanks to one coach’s opinion.Fast forward to June 2023 under the guidance of Steve and his amazing group of boys, the kid is better than ever and improving every week. But more importantly, believes in himself and has found his love for the game again. Steve is unapologetically honest and so with that comes some truths, but these truths are always delivered with a genuine desire to help, grow and better a player. Can you handle the truth?
