Wast of time.used to be a great place to shop.but not now.

I needed money desperately so I took in my brand new (still in the box) Sony xplode speakers and after a lengthy process they offered me $20. I nearly fell over, I just thought this has to be a joke I paid $180 for them. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Shame you can’t give no star.Drove all the way from Brisbane to Palm Beach to buy a double kick pedal. Photos online looked nice, no rust or damage, they have no photos of the damage and the description online never mentioned any of the bent arm or rust. Get there and look at them and they are rusted and damaged, a wrong screw jammed into them and the drive shaft is bent to the point of not being able to be used. When we mentioned this, the staff just shrugged off our concerns. They expected $650 for them! They didn’t even come with a case and weren’t negotiable about pricing.You can literally buy a brand new set for under a grand.What a waste of time.

If I could give 0 stars I would unbelievably angry! I ordered from their webshop 128gb iPhone 6s was sent a 16gb iPhone 6s. I called to tell them about the mistake they did not check item numbers on the phone said return the phone for a refund which I did. They are now claiming I sent the wrong phone back as the item numbers don't match and are refusing the refund. I feel scammed. Buyers beware stay away from them they offered to return the phone but it's not good enough it's not what I ordered just stay away from them I'm disgusted.

The price you pay on a loan else where, cash converters will match. If looking for something they don't have then they will notify when they do have. Prices are reasonable.
