These guys are usually good and today they were great!!!After losing hours online chatting with Apple techs, they fixed my problem in under 10 minutes. Just unreal.

I will continue to come here whenever I have an issue with my iPhone or Mac just to see Glen.I find him trustworthy, knowledgeable and also diplomatic.He managed to fix my laptop with the quite small timeframe I gave him.I had an issue with launceston Mac shop. They said they wouldn’t change my iPhone battery because of a very slight bend in the phones chassis, but when I took it to Glen it was fixed and is working fine☺️. Thank you

The staff seem nice enough. Average support. The sales person didn't actually listen to me. I could tell his eyes glazed over and wasn't interested when I was telling him about what I was using my older mac for. Only interested in the product he was selling me. Due to this, he sold me an additional product that was not compatible with my home computer. It really helps to listen to the person talking to you.

Disgraceful service. They charged $250 for an item that is on eBay for $60. They also charged $180 in labour for unscrewing 6 screws and resetting the device which would have taken no longer than 5 minutes.Complete rip off. Shops like these just take advantage of people who don't know any better.
