Staff and service too fast and incompetent. I'm unsatisfied with my visit friday afternoon.

Most of the staff are extremely rude and aggressive. One or two nice staff, you’re lucky if you get them.Several really upsetting experiences there. Last Christmas for example, tracking said my childrens parcel (of Christmas presents) had arrived. My husband went in twice and both times they said it wasn’t there. On 23 December, the day we went on holidays, I took the tracking in and said it must be there and I was prepared to wait. She was so mad! Why? I explained these were my childrens Christmas presents and please look. After I contacted head office (the main 13 number which I highly recommend) to query the tracking, she finally agreed to look, she was gone less than TWO minutes when she came back with the parcel. I guess someone had put it in a different spot. But she was still so angry. I was really polite but determined to get that parcel. I apologised, just because I didn’t want bad feelings over Christmas. She was still mad at me and to this day I have no idea why. After all, I was the one whose holidays were delayed (only by hours), had the worry of locating my kids Santa presents, and the inconvenience of three trips to town to locate them.Today again with a different Innisfail staff member I had a different, but just as dreadful experience. Started on me very aggressively for not bringing in the correct paperwork. I’m actually not stupid, the passport paperwork is difficult though. No need to be so aggressive, just tell me what I need to bring in when I come back, no worries. No need to be so angry. I’m never going back again. Next time I’ll drive to Gordonvale or Babinda.

I am a Frequent customer at Innisfail post office and have always been super impressed with the super service I have received on every occasion I visited the branch. The Staff are helpful , supportive, polite and extremely polite and hard working, no task or request is a problem at the innisfail post office, it is also clean, tidy and super well stocked. The store was amazing as usual this week when I attended 3 x in two days to complete my passport application, I was treated kindly and positively and in a matter of minutes my business was complete, you are a shining example of efficiency lady's !!A Special thank you to Jess this week for being so Friendly efficient and Super politeThis to me is how we should all interact in the workplace, thank you again guys ..Craig DalglishInnisfail Resident
