Well, I went there for the first time & I was okay with whatever colour and the treatment she suggested me. She bleached my hair for three times on same day that has made my hair so damaged and even she didn’t used the good shampoo. The worst experience here. I went here by seeing the maximum review but I had an horrible experience and unprofessional experience. I just wasted my money on something so bad.Photo: she was bleaching my hair on basin. Without brush or anything it was just like colouring hair at home without any knowledge. I ruined my beautiful hair.

Owner running this place and I used to cut my hair here since long time. It is good place as per price compared to other places. No need to waiting longer.

I have had a great experience with Family Hair and Beauty. They provide a warm, friendly and personalised service. Sonika took time to understand what I needed for my hair colour requirements. She provided advice and guidance on the type of colour I should do. She was very honest in her advice and explained all the steps. She also adviced that the colour I want will need to be worked on over a few months. She was upfront and honest with me . This is what I appreciated with this salon and now my hair a after a few months is now the exact colour I wanted. Sonika's advice was spot on.
