Amazing Service! Last thing that we wanted was car troubles ...it was our first caravan trip heading to Gold Coast when our 4WD broke down in Urulla...Sad!! More than 1000 km away from home Melbourne.Dave's emergency car service came to our rescue! Dave was super polite, kind and helpful. We received more than what we expected!!! Dave understood our plight, was very reassuring, found us a replacement Ford so we could continue on with our caravan trip...He answered our enquiry calls promptly and do check up calls to make sure no more car troubles on our journey. What impressed us the most is that Dave took time to help us, genuinely cared for our vehicle so we did not feel vulnerable and ripped off. Dave suggested that we should seek a second opinion. At the end it was found out that our car engine did not require rebuilding (it was merely fuel injection problem!!) SO, Dave literally helped us save at least $7,000 !!!!!Dave even offered to drive down our 'renewed' 4WD land cruiser all the way from Sydney to Melbourne....Where else can you find a trustworthy, reliable, honest, and helpful car dealer (a friend) like Dave!!!!!We highly recommend eCarmony!!!Brother, you are a god-sent angel!!!
