My wife and I had occasion to enter your store on the 26th December 2022 for the purpose of buying a new bed, there we had the pleasure of meeting Stacey, who I might add is a very knowledgeable person. As a result we purchased a fantastic bed . A very special thanks to Stacey for all your help. Thanks Harvey Norman

I would like to thank the staff at Harvey Norman Lake Haven for the courtesy they showed me, allowing me to have my television repaired.

Did photos on Saturday, after doing them,got told no ink and they wouldnt be ready till wednesday,someone called me saying they wouldnt be ready till Friday now ,go in Friday now wont be ready till next wednesday, so much for instant photos ,so annoyed after wasting a trip in there for nothingAt lakehaven store.Ok 12 days later after asking where photos are ,today got told due to not having the ink ,they only keep orders on there machine for 5 days and have now have lost all of my photos i had ordered 1,000 photos that i now have to go and redo all again thankgod i didnt delete off my ph ,1 women was rude there and hung up on me ,as if people wouldnt be annoyed about this happening,ive waited 12 days for instant photos ,if they knew machine cancelled order after 5 days why wasnt i told this a week ago,i rang this morning they said come in this afternoon or tommorow to pick them up,rang at 3 as hadnt heard back to make sure they were done then got told all photos goneOk got told to come in to redo pics today only to be told now machine has broken down OMG

The staff made it very difficult to purchase an item they had in stock.They advised they didn't have it in stock despite the website showing otherwise.They didn't even look the item up on their system.I had to leave the store and call them from the carpark to get them to confirm that YES, it was in stock.I went back into the store to buy it but the girl advised she would not sell it unless I provided my personal details which I did not want to do.I asked for the manager, then they sold it to me.The experience was irritating.I won't shop there again.This Sharmain person must be very busy. SO MANY BAD REVIEWS

I have been into this store several times mainly for convenience as it is close to home.However I now travel further to any other shop that has the products I am looking for.Service is atrocious. I have had to chase down staff for assistance after standing around in the shop for longer than expected. Even though there are hardly any customers in the store. Staff hide behind their counters even though it is plain to see that they are not actually doing anything or serving anyone.This is on 3 of the 4 visits to this store.I always give people and places a couple of chances as you may catch people or stores on a bad day.The 4th visit, I went to exchange a defective sandwich toaster. My gosh... it was such an inconvenience to the staff. It ended up going through 3 different staff members, none of whom were pleasant. So I changed my mind and asked for a refund, which was a drama even though I had the purchase docket and the product was only 2 weeks old.I will never go back to that store. I would rather drive another 30 minutes. It will still be quicker doing the extra travelling and more pleasant.

Excellent stopped of picked up some portable AC units, girl was informative and helpful, easy purchase on zip pay, drove round the back to loading dock man loaded it in on my way homein 20 minutes.

No point in going there close to closing time. Even if you are about to spend alot of money there they will tell you to leave and not in a nice way. Furniture people seemed nice. Electrical people not nice at all.

Missing item in online order, staff member called wife a liar.DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER HERE!Wife ordered quite a few cricut items. Suspiciously, order had been ticked off by staff member already and paper was thrust at her to sign. Every time I've ordered here, they tick off on receipt with you. Wife gets home, finds missing item (worth $25). Emails Harvey Norman. Hand balled back to store. Rings and get same person who served her who says item definitely in there, ergo, you are a liar. It is a large item and couldn't vaporize. EDIT: Re-contacted HQ, who contacted store. They did a stocktake. Holy Dooly! they had 1 too many on the shelf! Picked up item. No apology for insinuation of lying or the stress or inconvenience caused

Highly recommend this store ,the staff are friendly and very good at their job.Overall a nice experience

Paid out money to to get my drone fix up that I got off you and you didn't fix it but changed me $80 to set it up, I'll be letting people know not to shop their because they don't care about the customer only money
