Refused to price match Big W.I thought eb games had to price match other local stores in stock items.I went there in attempt to support the smaller company.I will no longer support EB Games.

They have the answers and help as best they can do and I’ve been back and forth for a while now and I have to say this is the place I go for all my gaming needs and wants. Oh and the other products there are AMAZING too.

Very specialised console shop for software and hardware, Nintendo/Xbox/Playstation. I believe they also do some pc software still.They also sell memorabilia both game and movie collectible items clothing stuffed toys etc.

More room than some I've been to, better spaced to wander through unlike compact format stores where you seem to have to push past people to enter. Good prices at times when sales on. Great prices on USED games when they are clearing, good prices when not, and standard prices on NEW games.

Nice selection of pop culture. Not much gaming other than basic accessories from established brands. Nothing unique. Friendly staff. Would visit of I needed a Harry Potter shirt

The customer service here is just downright terrible . But the guy with the long brown hair is extremely helpful. And I’ll only go in when he is there because he’s helpful. The other staff there are too busy playing on their phones avoiding customers and wondering what they’re going to do on the weekend . They need a good kick up the butt
