Five start review for the really tasty meals, that were so very generous and fresh. Service was soooo good ! Big shout to the maitre d' (man in his 60's, I think?), who was so knowledgeable on the menu, a great host and very very funny. Definitely be coming back for more.

Very happy about our Korean lunch break! The portions are huge, we might’ve over ordered... I loved the sizzling chicken cheese hot plate, and I saw the table next to us ordering bibimbap which looked so good! It’s cheap, delicious and authentic:)

The atmosphere is your typical glen waverley Asian in other words cosy but not decadent which is actually what you'd want. Fancy Asian restaurants are not worth it. TLDR this place is good and I would come back again.More detail:The first thing about the Korean restaurant you notice is the quality of their free" side dishes that come with every meal. Usually they have a selection of cold mini plates and this time I'm a little disappointed. There was no pickled radish. The alternative ones are pretty bland except for the kimchi which is excellent as you'd expect from the name of the restaurant.However the main dishes were of high quality and I thoroughly enjoyed the ones I ordered. The soybean soup was very hearty and goes well with rice. The beef BBQ plate has amazing flavours to go along with the generous serve of sliced beef.Pancake was the BEST ones I've had in glen waverley. Outstanding crispness and not too oily. There was big pieces of seafood and I'm very happy with that.Overall it's a lovely Korean restaurant with good portion size and I hope next time I come there will be some pickled radish."

If you want to experience more authentic Korean meal, Kimchi Hut in Glen Waverley is yhe ONE to go.Friendly owners with beautiful dishes...If you are not sure what to order, just ask. Don't forget to try something that have never tried before!!We had fish egg soup, soft tofu soup, and stone rice this time... amazing!!!

Tasty and authentic Korean joint. You'll have to book or there is a long queue. At peak times it can get really crowded. Food is fresh and served super fast. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The place is bit small and clean toilets are there. The option for tabletop cooking was exciting. Cash only. Parking is hard around the area. It's great if you want a quick meal.

Had bibimbab and Jjampong.Sorry to say but food was awful, bibimbap is too oily and Jjampong soup/noodle were far from K style Jjampong. More then the style, taste wasn’t good.
