Extremely happy with the service and product provided to us by TLC. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Matthew was excellent from the start when he came to our home to measure up all the way to the installation day. We had Invisigard security doors installed to our new home and they've been terrific. Would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Took two weeks for them to attend my measure and quote for fly screens, asked the day before they attended that I would also like a price for blinds, got a price for blinds and fly screens, ended up only wanted to go ahead with the flyscreen. When I told them that I would only like to purchase fly screens (over $500 spend) they told me that my house was too far away (30-40 mins from their office) and they will not be doing the job and to look elseware. After three weeks of waiting I am now back and square one and need to start the entire process again.terrible communication, and terrible customer service.
