Pretty disappointed tbh. After signing contracts I was palmed off to an assistant and ended up liasing directly with the seller to finalise details. I was told the seller was paying for the additional engineering reports only to be asked to pay for reports I never agreed to pay for. Only when I refused were the costs covered. I have bought and sold properties before but never had such a mess as I did this time. Whilst the selling agent has since moved on and started her own business (which I wouldn't recommend for the above reasons) I feel Realtor GC should have had a much better hand over.
