Absolutely the best shopping experience today with the manager Fiona! I’m older and larger and she made me feel incredible. Her suggestions were different to what I would usually wear, but she was right!

I went for shopping on 15/10/2022 at 12:45pm at Wagga Wagga Ally store. I was browsing and liked a short and t-shirt. I asked a customer service girl to grab them down for me because I couldn’t reach on that height. She asked me if I have tried any clothes before and if I have hanger of those clothes. I told her that I haven’t tried anything yet. I went inside the fitting room and tried both the clothes and liked them in a single trial. I went to the counter to pay for the items. She again asked me if I have hanger of those clothes. I didn’t get at first and I asked her what does she meant? She told me that I supposed to give the hangers back to her of those clothes in a rude tone. I was so surprised to hear that. I have been so many shopping stores but no nobody has asked me about the policy of returning the hangers. If the company wants the customers to return the hanger after trying the outfits, they should write on their walls instead of informing us in a rude voice. I have never experienced such a bad customer service before in Ally. It was so disappointing. She even wasn’t smiling at me. Because of her rude customer service. I changed my mind and I told her that I won’t buy them and I returned from the counter with full of disappointment.I’m my view, customers don’t want to go for shopping to hear a rude voice. Also, if someone don’t want to work and deal with the customer in a good manner, then it’s better not to work. Nobody likes (even she) to see unhappy and rude staffs to ruin their day.

favourite Ally ever! Fee is so lovely, always smiling, makes you feel so comfortable and amazing at pairing outfits together! Purely go to ally because the vibes from the girls is always so welcoming and they always make me feel amazing about myself in new clothes. Great stuff Fee and staff xx

I want to say a big thank you to one of your amazing staff members in Wagga Wagga.Fee what an amazingly beautiful person you are, if only there we're more shop assistants in the world like you.My daughter came out of the changing rooms disappointment that an article of clothing didn't fit her, you Fee went over and beyond, saying the most beautiful and positive words to my daughter who suffers from low self-esteem, making a real difference to her life not only did you boost her confidence you were able to help her understand that the number on a tag doesn't mean a thing, it's just a number.I stood listening to your words tearing up watching my daughter listening to your every word and smiling while doing so.You are truly incredible, what a difference you made to not only her day but hopefully for the rest of her life.Thank you from the bottom of my heartI hope that Ally fashion realises how lucky they are to have you
