I ordered some items online ,they were under market price ,I waited for two weeks didn't receive anything,call them they said it will takes two months to arrive ,then after two months I got charged again,call them they said its post fees and never receive anything from themBe careful never give them your credit card detailsYou will be charged in small amounts so you won't feel it

Absolutely the best place anywhere for motorcycle needs. Amazing service, prices, staff and knowledge. There is no other place I'll go anywhere near the Illawarra.Edit: I would like to note the service department here are among the best I've ever been to or spoken to. As a regular I'm in here often but sometimes the mechanics will go out of their way to help me with an issue on our bikes even if they're busy and it won't make them any money for that time, (sometimes going so far as to save us money) this is why I come here. The service and staff are amazing and they care about their customers.

Clint and Jarrod were very good to deal with. I rang them with a few questions which got answered very quickly and very accurately. It's a shame they are 650 odd kilometres away from me otherwise they'd get all my servicing work too.After 3 phone calls they made a sale and organised freight all they way to me. Very happy with their service. Very professional. Love the new bike. Thanks boys.

Had a fantastic experience getting kitted out with a full set of riding gear. Customer service is second to none and the deal they gave me was excellent.As someone new to motorbikes they took the time to explain the different options for helmets, jackets, gloves, boots and pants. Never felt rushed, even though I took up well over an hour of their time.Will be coming to these guys whenever I need anything. Highly reccomended!

My first dealings with Motocity (Dec 2022) were absolutely positive in terms of the customer experience. I was becoming frustrated at the indifferent service available in ACT so decided to take my (pre-owned) Ninja 1000SX down to Motocity Wollongong for its 12,000km service. I made arrangements with Brad to ride down the night before so they could do my service first thing next day. I appreciated their positive attitude in rescheduling to take account of the weather. Communications whether by phone or email were first class.All work was completed most satisfactorily and efficiently - by lunchtime - so I was able to return to Canberra the same day. I was impressed by the technical knowledge of Brad and his staff and their willingness to attend to my specific requests. It was reassuring to find a dealer who “gets it” ie understands that riders are enthusiasts who care about how their machines are maintained.
