I used A.S Building and Pest Services on behalf of a friend twice who signed a contract for a 2 units. Adam has been nothing but professional liasoning with me to have the inspection done. It has saved my friend thousands in costs ( money she didn't have spare) after having found termites, water damage and other issues in one of the properties. Thankfully the second was more successful. The reports are very clear and thorough but also done promptly during the cooling off period. We would definately recommend them again for any other people looking at properties.
