I would highly recommend Total Vet Care Innaloo. I have been taking my dog there since she was little (about 4 years now) and have always had positive experiences. The vet staff and receptionists are very caring and informative. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else! Thanks very much for the great work that you do, TVC!

I took my dog here for the first time the other day and the staff treated us both like we had been going there for years. The ladies at the front desk are so lovely and knowledgeable, I didn’t even have to speak to the vet because the nurse was able to answer all of my questions. It’s obvious that the staff genuinely love and care about animals which is really comforting, especially if your pet is going in for a procedure like mine was. Communication between the vet and nurses was fantastic. Definitely recommend!

Excellent doctors and surgeons. Unfortunately the nurse is rude and unpleasant. The receptionist are always nice. I wouldn't like never have an encounter with that bitter nurse

Total Vet Care has been nothing but fabulous to us and our new puppy. The vet team are so gentle and are happy to answer all of our new puppy questions. We have taken our puppy here for vaccinations, checkups and health issues and we have always walked out feeling satisfied and informed after our consultation. The staff at reception are extremely knowledgeable too and were more than helpful assisting in booking us in for appointments that matched vaccination schedules, choosing worming treatments and even fitting a harness for our energetic puppy. A very professional and kind vet clinic to visit!

You will get clinical advise from the admin staff. How ethical. I'm lucky I didnt let them operate my dog's eyes for wrong diagnosis. The practice manager called Tina gives clinical advise, which is completely against AVA act. My pet was taken for second opinion. Eye surgery is specialist's field.

After another vet being unable to diagnose a problem, Paul did it in 2 minutes flat, treated our dog and the bill was a pleasant surprise. Super friendly staff.

I’ve been at this vet for a while now and the female nurse that we occasionally have is lovely and knows what she is doing and the people at the front desk are lovely too however the male nurse who I won’t say the name of was not very good. My dog came in with an ear infection to which he told us was minor and would only need ear drops to solve the problem, two days pass with us using the drops and my dog becomes lethargic, uninterested in his food and stiff when picked up, we rushed him to the emergency vet on a Sunday which was very pricey only to find out there is pus in his ear. He went down for operation at the emergency vet and we came back to pick him up only to find out that he not only had pus in his ear he also had blood, and a rod shaped bacteria in his ear and because of the vet not taking a better look, my dog now has a ruptured eardrum. I recommend the female vet definitely not the male cost us more money.

I have been bringing my dogs here for over 5 years including two unfortunate euthanasia visits. Vet nurses are friendly, knowledgeable and the vets are caring, run on time and importantly very cost aware and detailed with upfront estimates. Highly recommend.

Took my dog for the first time yesterday - the vet did not seem interested in getting my dog comfortable or actually trying to find the real problem. Seems like he was annoyed when I started asking some questions regarding my dog's condition as well - he seemed like he was purely there because he had to and not because he was interested in helping. The receptionists were lovely though. Either way, I would not return simply because of the attitude of this vet.
