I caught them out lying to me and ever since they have been doing everything they can to stress me out and make my life miserable, including talking to my neighbours and discussing my assets. They are very untrustworthy and very very nasty people.

Horrible service. You can't talk to anyone unless you wait for an hour. They won't respond to your email. What kind of service is this? If you really want to help people stand on their feet than do what you are suppose to do which is help and assistance. Thankyou.

Wow great place u run has completely turned me off ever supporting Salvation Army or referring to friends meant to be a place that helps people not make them feel like there nothing will never support the Salvation Army again

Seriously, give us an email address to contact you instead of forcing us to call. I can't call you and be on hold for a hour if I'm working 9-5 which is your opening and closing times...

This is literally the worst job provider I have been engaged with. They don’t even give you appointment times and send you a message saying your payments have been suspended while I have an exemption till march, they blamed it in Centrelink and when They transferred me Centrelink waiting another 1 hour they said it was my job provider that was the issue. I have wasted 6 hours on the phone with this job provider all to get hanged up on and once I got through to the consultant he was very firm and and not being helpful at all with his passive aggressive attitude. If you don’t like you job don’t work here simple, we need more consultants who are actually trying to help you.They have a waiting line of 200 people and when your the next caller up they’ll probably hang up on you, so good luck guys.

Professional and courteous service. That's the only thing I need, when others are looking for work for me. Respect and I thank the reception staff at the desk, dear ladie. And of course the rest of the team.

I've experience horrible consultant from this company it's said that they push you to find a job that's not suitable to your needs and judge you and expect to travel more than 5km for a job interview you can no longer attend due to being a single parent and can not find someone to look after your child. For this consultant full judges you to be a role model for your child and said I'm sure you don't want your child to be like you when she's an adult. I've wanted to go to another consultant she disagreed. So I find this consultant is a bully and no remorse, i have to put up with this company and attend to my bully consultant until then I've lost respect for her. Don't get me wrong I am willing to find a job but close to home. Just be careful when you open up to your consultant they can put you down.
