Complete Works Theatre Company
I have always been so impressed by, and grateful for the professionalism and energy that Complete Works Theatre Company bring to their live performances for schools. We have been in partnership with them for four years since our school started using 'Extinction', and the willingness of the performers to engage with our students both during the show and in the Q&A afterwards has always been a highlight of the year, and so beneficial to their understanding of the text's construction. Will always recommend CWTC to any teacher who inquires about them!

Complete Works Theatre Company
We had CWTC perform Women of Troy at the beginning of our study. This is a difficult text, but in the hands of the talented actors, it came to life for our students. The characterisation of Hecuba and Talthybius was outstanding. The actors also provided great additional detail at poignant moments to highlight key knowledge and this helps immensely with our students' understanding of the play. Sarah was a wonderful contact and she was highly efficient in organising the play. I would highly recommend CTWC for any performance.

Complete Works Theatre Company
The 'Extinction' performance was very good, it usually is. It’s beneficial for students to see how a play is performed on stage and adds more depth to student understanding of text. The selection of scenes to represent the key ideas was very good also, it demonstrated that it was a professional production and showed that the actors really got the play. The discussion at the end of the performance was particularly beneficial where students are able to ask why the actors presented scenes in particular ways. These discussions also allowed students to have ideas and thoughts and gain confidence in their own interpretation of the play.

5 people came to perform a comparison of The Crucible and Year of Wonders this morning. It was honestly amazing. I've never seen the year level listen like that to a performance - we don't normally pay too much attention! They were really good with engaging with us for questions afterwards, and even after everyone left they were happy to stay back and chat, and offer advice to those of us who want to do drama or theatre type studies after high school.
