I'd purchased a TV online, only to see it appear on sale the very next day (oh the irony...), so I rang Good Guys Albury to see what the team at Albury could do to help a brother out....Well, what can I say? Melissa answered the phone and was amazing from the get go....She showed great customer service, she was attentive and provided an outstanding ability to problem solve.My dilemma was resolved better than I'd hoped - I cannot rate highly enough.Melissa, thank you. We came in with the aim of getting some information on some appliances we had seen online. My partner and I are in our early twenties and moving into our first ever home and Bert couldn’t have been any more helpful. Based off his advice and helpfulness we ended up buying a washing machine and drier. We had a price range on the lower end and he helped us look for good appliances within that range and didn’t deviate from that which we really did appreciate. He answered all our questions in great detail. Thank you Bert :)

Stood around for 15 mins while the staff played catch with a plush toy and had a fun old time, nobody came to see if I needed help,I just walked out.Will spend our money else where.Poor poor customer service.Lift your game Albury store, Ur a joke.Don't recommend this place

Even though the store was crazy busy being Boxing Day got served by Joshua L - best service out he was very helpful and had great product knowledge and helped me get what I needed and didn’t rush me 10/10

purchased a dish washer it took three times before we had one without damage staff didnt want to know about it! compensated after we complained otherwise would not have offered us anything.normally like good guys but on this occasion no!

I don't like leaving a bad review but I am very disappointed with The Good Guys Albury services. If I knew what I was going to deal with I wouldn't have spent my money in their store. I was wrongly advise about products availability and was told it will be dispatched within the next week of purchase. Now two weeks after placing the order, multiple phone calls and vague answers I am advise that my order will be received in 6 weeks. One of the item ordered is a fridge so I would say quite an essential item to have in your kitchen. To top of the bad news the customer service experience with Brittany on the phone was underwhelming. Her blasé attitude wasn't helpful and border line rude. Not what I was hoping for and I wouldn't recommend their store to family or friends.
