The young guy who attended was great. The gas hot water system pilot light has faulted 6 times in 4 months. He tepaired iit & replaced parts (overdue....) so it won't happen again. Speedy & respectful! excellent service!

From the office staff to the plumbers on site, I was pleasantly surprised by their professional attitudes and work. In my rental the drains clogged up and toilets wouldn't flush, the office staff shifted around jobs to get the plumbers in as soon as work orders were signed. Plumbers worked late , it was late evening, to ensure that by the time they left we could flush the toilet again as the priority and promptly came back to investigate the cause. Really happy with the whole team

The ducting unit generated a noise after being serviced. Our real-estate agent attempted to contact the plumber to come back to fix up, however no response from him. Today the ducting heating stopped working completely. Very disappointed and unhappy about.

Plumber came by did a temporary fix, but left us with no toilet for three days whilst waiting for parts approval from property manager. Explain the issue to support staff, and still cant send someone to come to fix the problem. The service was so poorly handled, that we wont be using DJS anymore.

Sometimes installations do not go to plan, but if or when that happens it's what people do to correct the situation that matters the most. DJS clearly value their people and their customers very highly, the trades people they sent were both highly skilled and proffessional. Very highly recommended.

Had works completed by these guys to have the works fail a little over a year later. They came to fix the basic repairs and charged through the roof. Aaron was no help. Stay away!
