Phil, Josh, Erica and the boys at Caravan Care in Bayswater North did a fabulous job of installing our compost toilet, fitting off our internet cabling and finishing off the other things we wanted done in our caravan with meticulous care. They were always friendly and helpful and thought of things we hadn’t even asked for. We couldn’t have asked for more!

I avoid negative reviews, especially for small business. But a year on I'm still annoyed by the situation.I had insulated one side of our 1979 van and installed checkerplate along the bottom quarter but ran out of time for the other side. The caravan went in for a quote for the exterior works plus some interior renovations.It took a few weeks of following up to finally recieve it, and after some disagreements caused by unclear quoting we decided to not go ahead. I was told no work would commemce before a deposit was paid but when I rang to organise collection they had already started. In fairness they worked with me on price as it was their mistake, but it got worse.When I recieved the van back I realised they hadnt removed the full side so only half was insulated, the joins on the checker plate didn't match the other side leaving one under the fridge access panel causing it to be raised and ugly, they didn't use the joints I provided to match and rivets where missing.The van was returned, they redid the work and said it was a misunderstanding between them.Got it back, and some rivets still missing, scratch marks from drill slips in a number of spots, and while out bush a few weeks later our fridge overheated losing all our food and cooking it to the point it no longer runs on 240v. They had insulated over the vent area.A year on 2 of the windows replaced have come apart at the frames and needed repairs.Phil is a really nice guy, but he was let down by his communication and his employees workmanship on this occasion.

Highly recommend Phil and Josh. Our experience from our first contact to purchase went amazingly smooth. They're super friendly andwere happy to answer all our questions. We are new to the world of caravans and they were patient and made sure we were prepared before towing our well serviced caravan away.

NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!These guys overcharged me and then stole $500 of my hire deposit. There needs to be laws preventing this type of operator from stealing people's money.

Absolutely incredible service from Phil. We attempted to head away for the long weekend on Friday night but had faulty brakes on our caravan. I called Phil at 8:30am Saturday and he fit us in immediately and fixed the brakes and away we went and able to salvage our weekend away. I was blown away by this level of customer service and the fact that he was so incredibly empathetic, kind and caring. We will be doing all our future business with Phil and Caravan Care.
