I had a beautiful 1hour relaxation massage yesterday with Teegan, her pressure & technique was spot on, the whole experience was wonderful I felt so comfortable and zen. What an asset to your business she's fantastic! Thank you I will definitely be back

Natasha did a great job, it was very relaxing. I asked for medium pressure but would opt for stronger pressure in future just to really get the most out of the massage. The space was beautifully decorated, smelt lovely and was generally very well appointed. Loved the big doona that I was covered with to keep me warm!

This was my second time visiting Body Freedom (first time I was pregnant) and I can honestly say I have never had a better massage anywhere else. From start to finish, the whole experience is incredible. I left feeling completely rested and refreshed. Highly recommend!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience recently… Unfortunately, I was unable to attend my scheduled appointment due to the sudden death of a family member on the day of my appointment which meant I had to travel on the day of my appointment to attend to family matters. I contacted reception as soon as I could to inform them of my situation and kindly requested to use my payment towards a future appointment. The pre- payment for treatment was $150. However, I was met with an extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic response from the lady on the phone. Despite explaining my circumstances, the salon insisted that they had a strict no-refund policy and that my payment could not be used towards a future appointment. I was shocked and appalled by their lack of compassion and understanding during such a difficult time. As mentioned, the treatment I had booked was priced at $150.. I am also getting married in a few months and this salon has been a special treat for myself in preparation of my wedding. It was very upsetting from the staff, whom showed no empathy towards the passing of a close loved one and frustrating to think that this spa prioritizes their profit over the well-being of their clients. I understand the importance of running a business, but it's disappointing to see that they're willing to disregard the emotional distress of their clients.

Really great and relaxing atmosphere. Our massage therapists were really amazing, communicating well throughout the spa treatment and making us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and the futon relaxation massage was just what my body and mind needed. Can't wait to come back and also gift one of these experiences to my friends who are also expecting.

It is indeed an urban retreat as the name indicates. It is my favourite go-to place for remedial and deep-tissue massages and other spa treatments. The clinic has a very calm and peaceful ambiance – I am always instantly brought to a calmer state as soon as I entered the clinic. Treatment rooms are clean, calm and organised. The sessions would start with a quick chat with the therapist to determine what's needed to treat the aches and pain. I always leave the clinic feeling lighter and less tensions in my body and very relaxed.

I had the Indulgence Package with Jenna & it was absolutely amazing. Jenna was lovely. From start to finish, it was amazing but I particularly enjoyed the facial. I’ve not had many but this one was ⭐️ It definitely felt indulgent & I also learnt a lot about skincare & a regime that would work for me. Would highly recommend- it was a real treat. Such a lovely setting too and definitely a break from the city & city life.

From the minute I walked in there was a great ambiance.I really enjoyed my experience.It was very professional.My massage therapist was amazing.One of the best massages I have had.Will be back
