Bromley’s Bread Carnegie

Very good pastries and freshly baked breads. The plain croissants were so good that I prefer it more than Lune which is very overpriced now.. and their service is way better than Lune’s Armadale store too.

Best bakery in Carnegie! Their Sourdough is amazing pastries are delicious, especially their danishes! A few more savoury options wouldn’t go a stray. Hopefully they can expand to a bigger shop one day like their Cheltenham store. Overall a must try!

The best bread EVER! Honestly, you can probably find similar bread in France, but in Australia - I doubt it. Amazing pastries, excellent coffee, friendly staff. So happy to have this wonderful business in our area!

Really good range of sourdough bread,and their Danish pastries are sensational! Would like to have a way of ordering ahead, as sometimes they sell out quickly.

Fantastic pastries with a crunchy shell and buttery inside. The chocolate hazelnut croissant is insanely good! They are definitely the stand out. The olive sourdough was very nice but surprisingly very salty (more than other olive loaves I normally get). It also wasn’t very sour at all… very mild. My biggest gripe is the prices. The loaf was similar size to a small loaf from another small bakery, but twice the price. The pastries, while really nice, aren’t quite yet on the level of one of the most popular bakeries in the eastern suburbs… but they are priced there. I hate making price a decision point for a removing a star, especially in these times with wages rising, staff shortages, and businesses having struggled for so long. However, the prices are high enough to send me to some of my other go to bakeries regularly and only mix this one in a few times a year. For reference, Our normal order of 3 pastries and one loaf of sourdough cost $28 dollars here, $10-12 dollars more than the other local fresh bakery we visit for the same order. For those who splurge more regularly or are less price sensitive, go for it, you won’t regret it!

Rye bread with walnuts is an absolute hit!Very big variety of products, all looks amazing. Tried a few pastries - all top quality.

Lovely baked goods at a reasonable price.I got the cheese and Vegemite twist at $5.50 and it was very tasty. I absolutely recommend it if you like Vegemite.They have a wide range of baked goods with prices ranging from $3-10.
