Thank you Bridgestone Select Hendra for carrying out repairs on my VE wagon today. The old girl was leaking substantial oil from somewhere! The team were able to locate the leak and rectify the issue while being completely transparent and providing multiple updates throughout the process to avoid any nasty surprises!I love how you send the customer the video of undercarriage inspection and findings. Top notch. Don't waste your time and money with other mechs, go straight to Bridgestone Select Hendra, the customer service is brilliant. Part of my job is inclusive of working and speaking with mechanics.I can tell you, out of all of them I prefer these guys! For a true local, trustworthy team you can't go past them. They will always try to keep the customer happy. They're respectful, accommodating, welcoming and happy! Will always explain what needs to be or should be done, and explain it in such easy to understand context.I was referred onto them from a neighbour, now I go to them for everything from a battery change, tyre repairs and to a diagnosis and services.Highly recommend! Could not recommend these guys more!

I've now gone to Bridgestone Hendra a number of times to get my cars serviced and i have to say this garage hands down has been the best experience i've ever experienced. Darren runs a tight ship and no matter what time of day i show up, always greets me with a smile and ensure that customer service comes first.

Bridgestone Hendra will give you the best customer service and quality of work around. They don't take advantage of people who don't know cars and were incredibly polite and customer service oriented. 10/10!

Summary, they replaced the tyres but didn't do the requested/paid alignment and lied about it when questioned. The 2 month old tyres were 50% worn as a result of not alignment being done and they refused to accept responsibility.I'm a diesel mechanic that specialised in 4wd suspension for a few years but I'm now lead mechanic for an Aviation refuelling maintenance company. I replaced a suspension kit on our work ute and arranged new tyres with alignment for after the suspension was fitted. I didn't look at the vehicle again until it came in for its next service which was in about 10,000k. Once i had it in for service I saw there was heavy toe in wear and the front tyres were at least 50% worn out, i did a basic check and saw it had a lot of toe in so i rang Bridgestone hendra and organised another alignment. They completed the alignment and said there was 20mm toe in. I spoke to the manager, the steering was still straight which means it cannot be from a pot hole or damage and he said nothing in the front end was loose. 20mm of toe is close to how far it'd be out if you fit a lift kit without doing an alignment so i suggested that's what happened, he said absolutely not because he's there for every job and oversees all work.The only explanation to the situation other than the alignment being missed is to say that I'm lying. I've never seen such blanket denial despite obvious evidence from an experienced professional. Extremely unprofessional conduct by Bridgestone Hendra

Legends. Super busy but decided to squeeze me in regardless just to check what was wrong with my car (overheating).Didn’t charge me because they couldn’t fix it on the same day (too busy). Will definitely be bringing my car back if I have future problems.Keep up the good work team.

Darren provides the most personable and compassionate assistance with his expertise. It leaves us feeling calm as we are in knowledgeable and trustworthy hands! Legend!

These guys are just so easy to deal with. On my last visit, even waiting in reception while being served already by someone out the back TWO other staff members came to ask whether I had been looked after. Really prompt and communicative. Even if they charge more than others (and I wouldn't know either way) they are worth it.

On behalf of my parents, Bridgestone Hendra provided them fantastic and friendly service. They were just about to drive home to Sydney when we noticed a screw in one of their tyres. Staff at Bridgestone were quick to help them out so they could get on their way without delay. Would highly recommend.
