This is a great place to go to get honest work done on your vehicle. The ladies behind the counter are wonderful and the mechanics tell you exactly what the problem is. They have afterpay to so that really helps families who may not be able to afford the whole upfront payment. I really appreciate the work done on my car and I appreciate how they explained what was going on with my car. Thank you and I look forward to having my car working at full capacity again after the parts come in and get fitted next week.

Busy place this is but they fitted my small job in within a few days. Easy to deal with and job was perfect.While my job wasn't a big one, they could have suggested options or even up sell.

Unfortunately, my experience with this business was spoiled. When after payment for services I had requested I walked out to my car where they had parked it and found the vehicle had been damaged to right rear quarter panel it had been struck leaving a 150mm paint scratch and dent. I reported it to the business they claim it must have been done on road where they had parked it. They claim they would review their workshop video (follow up denial that it was not by one of their team). Then when I got into the car, I found the facia panel for vents had been damaged leaving a hole (very visual) talking with business they claim the vehicle is older vehicle and damage like this can happen, I informed him I very disappointed that I was not informed of this damage leaving it to me to find it. This maybe an older vehicle but it is my new vehicle and when I leave it in the care of business, I expect them to look after it and to provide honest feedback. I am sorry to leave review like this after they came recommended but I need to inform others that their vehicle may receive the same treatment.
