Blown away by the flora of the place. Native Christmas trees all about in clusters, gorgeous smokebush amongst scrub, vibrant green Zamia palms everywhere. Truly an awesome little peace pocket. - edit: idk why you'd go to the pine plantation nearby, this isn't what this place is about.

exceptional biodiversity present at this site. great for shirt walks. during summer take ample water, firstaide & snake bite kit and tell someone your expected return time. take lots of photos and walk on the paths. Jarrah Die back area. You night even see some Emus if your careful not to make to much noise. There are snakes in the area, so do be on the the lookout for them.When the Christmas Tree are in flower your in for a wonderful surprise to see so much fauna and bees.lovely place to camp, or have a break and a meal. highly recommend to those who understand and respect country.

Would be great for family members having a break

A beautiful spot, just off Brookton Highway, so named because of the abundance of Australian Christmas trees growing here. There is a pool of water here as well, but I wouldn't be drinking it without boiling it first. Swim at your own risk as well as there are a lot of dead trees in the pool and on the bottom. But, still, a nice spot to sit and walk around.
