Due to poor design water was entering the outside wall structure during heavy rain. Plum Call suggested the installation of flashings which resolved the problem. Received, timely, prompt and great service. Can recommend this company for any plumbing work, Thank you.

GAS Compliance on Newish Caravan required for Interstate Rego changeover. Professional and Speedy crew at PlumbCall YEPPOON had the Gas component for my Caravan Roadworthy complete in a fabulous timing! Here I was thinking I'd be waiting weeks to get the Certificate. They guys were around the same day, it did help the Caravan is only 2 years old. 150% Recommend the team at PlumbCall !! QLD REGO here we go. Thank you

“No stars”. Required gas certificate and Plum Call responded quick and did the job well and fast. Total time 45 minutes no parts required most information supplied to inspector.. price $250 dollars I consider excessive. Eg Roadworthy was conducted with a lot more checks and details to cover for $89. RIP OFF CANNOT BE REWARDED.

Highly recommend these guys. Big thanks to Simon, Nathan & Colby. Called through late last night about our pipe being blocked, Simon had the boys come out first thing to have it sorted for us!Nathan & Colby both very professional and gave us a lot of information as to why the problem happened & got it solved in 30 minutesThank you very much, we will be using you guys again definitely!

We specifically asked when we called to get the job done that the person can come anytime but not before 10:30am, that was our only request as I have a therapist coming out to do a treatment, they arrived 10am, no courtesy call to give us a call with an estimate time or any call to let us know they will comeEarlier than expected, they just turned up and kept knocking on my door till I answered.I had to stop treatment, get dressed and told them again that I requested specifically an after 10:30am time. Will never use them again.

Unhelpful, would not honour their quote, installed different size hot water gas connection pipe (smaller and cheaper) than originally quoted and left workplace untidy.
