Flow Physio Co

Have been going to Flow to manage some niggling injuries. I have been seeing Zac, my experience all round has been great! Great staff, knowledgeable, always on time and the online support has been great. Highly recommend Flow Physio!

After going to around 6 different physios, Jason was the only one that solved my upper back issue. He got me back into the gym, doing stretches and cardio. Can't thank him enough, changed my life!

The perfect combination of prenatal Pilates with Chenaya and physio check ins with Heidi, in preparation for the baby. They coincidentally partner with my ob-gyn too, so it’s great to have that care. Beautiful facilities, all staff are extremely nice and helpful!

Went to Flow Physio today and saw Jason. The place is really neat and clean and the treatment was great. Jason took the time to explain why the injury was present using photographs of my body and an ipad showing the muscles and nervous system and how they are impacted. And for the exercise program he sent me an app with videos showing me what to do. Up to date with treatments and technology. 5 out of 5, I will be back.

Unfortunately a disappointing experience seeing Charlotte. Far more focus on her areas of knowledge than my actual problem.

Best experience with Jason. I've had upper back pack for the past 3 years and have spent a lot of money at other physios with only temporary results.Jason looked at my problem from a completely different perspective and I have had extraordinary results.Strongly recommend Flow Physio Co to anyone in pain.

Flow Physio Co is awesome. The facility is top notch, the Physiotherapists are all extremely knowledgeable and have helped me with any issues I’ve had. They are always on time and the business is well positioned for transport and parking. Five stars!!

I've been doing the online 8 week post-natal programme with Charlotte who has a special interest in women's health. I was pleasantly surprised by the extent of the programme - it is 100% tailored to your body and your needs. I had a full 1 hour telehealth consultation with Charlottle before starting, she gives me daily exercises via an app, there are weekly videos which escalate in difficulty and she checks to make sure each exercise is working for you - if not she provides an adjustment. There are 2 further progress consultations at 4 and 8 weeks. She is very easy to contact either via the app or by email and responds almost immediately. I actually think I'm getting a bargain! The perfect programme in this pandemic era for those who have recently given birth and want qualified help with their core.

Had a great session with Joel.He took time hear me out and give recommendations that are helping address the issue.

Jason is awesome. Just a few treatments cured my very sore knee and Jason's exercises & advice helped me improve my running beyond what I had expected. I'll be back and will recommend to anyone needing a good physio.
