Bit confusing to figure out initially, but once done very efficient

Is this worst dry cleaner in Australia?Dropped off my item on 8/2, no communication until 23/2, when I reached out to find out what happened. Told my item would be “found” and returned. No return call by the end of the day and finally on 26/2 and further follow up messages and calls I received my item back.Average result and a refund and credit for my trouble but buyer beware - there is nothing pleasant about this experience and would stay well away.

Great concept, however implementation can be a lil bit better, e.g. they have a bit ambiguous instructions like they mentioned to use their service you need to log in an app but it's actually just their website (at least for Iphone user?), the support number on their website has been disconnected so had to reach out via their Instagram page to get the new support number, one time I arrived the door was locked, (supposed to be open 24/7) etc. Only little things which but can be irritating at times. However when it works it's fantastic service!
