The worst 24 hours servo, the air compressor is out of service, the car wash is out of service, there is no water filled up in the cans near the fuel pumps. The car wash is out of service maybe from 3-4 months now and they sell their tokens to the customers what do we do with the tokens now ?

I couldn't start car wash machine but I already use 1 token for that.So I didn't use any water or soap.I talked with staff about that.I need the press bottom twice.I have used second token and after that I said I need a token for rinse.Staff said you already use.But I said this machine didnt start.Staff said you used token I cant give you one."result staff give me one token but next time I never come here."

I was there to buy some chips and had to pay 24 dollar for 4 chips. I thought it was on sale and later on when i told him it was the wrong chips i picked so wanted to exchange it but he said he can’t refund it. Waste of money and time.

Dodgy billing system & Staff.Attention Rideshare Drivers. The calculation system is incorrect.The staff first refused for the coffee, then says yes it works when contested.I have attached both the receipt have a look and avoid using this pump.It's not about a $ coffee it's about being honest and not playing around these fishy tricks.

If your paying by card for your fuel make sure to get a receipt or take notice of the dollar amount on the eftpos screen. I was over charged $30 dollars on my last transaction & didn’t realise until later what had happened….Iv’e been using this petrol station for 15 years..People are being ripped off at the register. Just a heads up people…..
